Integware Leadership Team
The Integware leadership team models all the behaviors written in our Core Values, Code of Conduct and follows the guidelines of our Mission Statement. We hold ourselves accountable to be great leaders and to inspire leadership throughout the rest of Integware.
Chris Kay, CEO

Mr. Kay joined Integware in April 2004 as the President and CEO. Prior to joining Integware, Mr. Kay was a founder of three successful startup companies, and has held numerous roles in R&D, Consulting and IT. He spent 17 years with Hewlett-Packard, 10 years as R&D Manager of HP’s PDM product and PDM-related products. He also spent 3 years in PDM consulting where he was the Chief Architect to General Motors. Mr. Kay is also a co-inventor of multiple patents.
Mr. Kay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Systems Analysis degree with a minor in music from the University of Texas at Arlington. Contact Chris at chris.kay@integware.com.
Tara Berglund, Chief Financial Officer

Tara joined Integware in October 2005 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer. She has played a key role in bringing Integware’s financial reporting to its current level of unsurpassed detail and accuracy. Tara recognizes the significance of reporting complete and timely financial information by which the Integware management team can make accurate business decisions.
Tara brings a wealth of finance experience and detail orientation to the team. Her career spans more than 17 years, over which she has built an incredible track record for developing efficient accounting processes. Tara started her finance career in the manufacturing industry where she established a solid basis of attention to detail and ethical accounting practices. In 2000 she moved to the software industry when she accepted the challenge of working for a startup software company, Maptrails, Inc. There she developed and implemented the accounting, HR and office functions from the ground up. Tara took that experience with her to her subsequent position of Accounting Manager at CoCreate Software, Inc. where she helped the company divest from Hewlett Packard and was a leader in building the company’s original accounting processes.
Tara earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and a Master’s of Science degree in Accounting from Colorado State University. Tara is a licensed CPA. Contact Tara at tara.berglund@integware.com.
Lauren Craig, Vice President of Marketing Communications

Lauren is a creative and ambitious leader who joined Integware in 2005 and has worked in all aspects of inbound and outbound marketing, business planning and strategic operations. As Integware’s Director of Marketing, Lauren is responsible for developing all strategic marketing initiatives, increasing brand awareness, growing the customer base, and integrating traditional, social and innovative marketing approaches in todays every growing eMedia world. Lauren relishes the near impossible idea of virally marketing and educating the industry on PLM, while acknowledging the intense regulatory environment her customers face. Lauren is affluent in the FDA Quality System Regulations, specifically 21-CFR-Part 820 and understands that by enabling our customers to comply with these strict regulations, we create a better, safer world.
Lauren enjoys photography, dance, Nerf gun wars, chai cinnamon lattes and spending time with her family. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Contact Lauren at lauren.craig@integware.com.
Dave Hadfield, Director Client Transformation

Dave joined Integware in 1997 and is currently the Director of Client Transformation. Dave continuously strives to be a visionary leader in the field of business optimization throughout the product lifecycle, seeking to provide maximum value to customers. Dave helps customers plan for a transformational change by streamlining processes and systems and enabling organizational change.
For the past 13 years, Dave has focused entirely in the medical device space and has helped define the product lifecycle strategy for multiple top 20 medical device companies. These solutions have helped drive innovation, mitigate quality/safety problems and litigation risk, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enable compliance with regulations such as part 820 as well as ISO 13485 & 14971 standards.
Dave is often involved in customer strategies that are both pragmatic yet visionary. These encompass many processes spanning research, development, regulatory, manufacturing and quality. A major component of this includes helping to secure funding by developing relationships with executive staff, proving ROI/IRR and by providing visually striking messaging and promotional concepts.
Dave holds a 1st Class Honors Degree in Computer Science with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence from Nottingham Trent University in England. Contact Dave at dave.hadfield@integware.com.
Graciella Beyers, Director of PLM

Graciella Beyers is the Director of PLM for Integware, responsible for all aspects of PLM initiatives and strategic direction. She was appointed to this position after serving as the PLM Practice Manager on PLM Strategy engagements for global deployments. Previously, Graciella held a variety of management positions with Life Sciences companies in both Europe and the United States; Dako North America, Gen-Probe, Sequenom, Ares Serono SA, and Amgen.
Graciella earned an engineering degree in biochemistry from KIH de Nayer, in Belgium and her MBA from the Open University in Milton Keynes, UK. Contact Graciella at graciella.beyers@integware.com.
Kevin VanDoren, Consulting Services Manager

Mr. Van Doren joined Integware in 2008 as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager. During the past 23 years, he has provided his customers with product support, development, scoping and process management. Mr. Van Doren has spent 4 years with Aquila Technologies in the support of DOE contracts. 12 years with HP, 3 years in production support, 6 years with OEM accounts and 3 years managing the release of software from Independent Software Vendors. The last 7 years with VMC Inc where he worked for 2 years as a Test Engineer, 2 years as Project Manager, and the last 3 years as Group Operations Manager responsible for consulting with clients and managing a team of 160 delivery individuals in their release of Hardware products.
Mr. Van Doren has led cross-functional, geographically distributed teams of developers and consultants in the
development of Storage, consumer, industrial and Enterprise class products, change management (pre- and post-production) and consulting in with clients in their Product Development Life Cycles.
