AS PLM/PDM DEPLOYMENT PARTNER FOR NORTH AMERICA

Agreement Expands Existing Software Development Relationship |
SACRAMENTO, Calif., and FORT COLLINS, Colo., Sept. 17, 2002 - IntegWare,
Inc., a leading provider of PLM software customization and implementation
services to Fortune 500 manufacturers, and the Manufacturing Solutions
Division of NEC Solutions America, Inc., a leading provider of business
solutions and services for the high-end commercial and professional
markets, today announced an agreement whereby IntegWare would become
NEC Solutions' PLM/PDM deployment partner in North America. The agreement,
effective immediately, targets Japanese companies based in North America
and will support NEC Solutions' objective of improving its Japanese
clients' ability to shorten time to market and develop higher-quality
products. This agreement expands upon an existing software development
relationship between the companies.
NEC Solutions delivers highly specialized business software solutions
for commercial customers in markets such as information security,
enterprise mobile computing, high-end media, business-to-business
(B2B) software and systems integration, and professional services.
