TECHNOLOGY FAST 50 PROGRAM
139% Revenue Growth Attributed to Focus and Clear Alignment
FORT COLLINS, Colo., Oct. 7, 2002 - IntegWare, Inc., a leading
provider of PLM software customization and implementation services
to Fortune 500 manufacturers, has been named to Deloitte & Touche's
prestigious Technology Fast 50 program for Colorado, a ranking of
the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the state. Rankings
are based on the revenue growth in fiscal years 1997 through 2001.

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating
revenues of at least $50,000 in 1997 and $1,000,000 in 2001 and must
be public or private companies headquartered in Colorado. In addition,
they must own proprietary technology that contributes a significant
portion to the company's operating revenues, and/or devote a high
percentage of effort to research and development of technology.
Winners of the 20 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United
States and Canada are automatically entered in the Deloitte & Touche
Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America's top 500 fastest
