Integware seeks a MatrixOne PLM software implementation consultant to review, analyze and modify programming.  Tasks include encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

 

Technical Skills:

  • 1-2 years developing within the MatrixOne PLM platform
  • 1-2 years development using the following platforms: Java, JSP, J2EE, MQL, Tcl, JPO, ADK, etc.
  • 2 years software development including: requirements analysis, functional specifications, design specifications, OO implementation, testing, validation and installation

*Project Manager*

Fort Collins, CO

Position Summary:

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Leads business strategy, process analysis, and requirements gathering. Guides customer in defining and fulfilling business requirements with a high degree of user acceptance and customer satisfaction. Recommends alternatives and enhancements for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) procedures and implementations to improve quality. This position requires prior project management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and review project proposals to determine approach, time frame, funding limitations, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  • Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget

Position Summary:
Integware, a Fort Collins based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software company, is currently hiring an experienced Senior Accountant/ Assistant Controller. R
esponsible for heavy accounting functions including extensive Microsoft Excel spreadsheet management, this position will create balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports organization's finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Complete ad-hoc financial analysis for management. Create a model with multiple scenarios of a company wide operating plan that becomes an annual budget. Excellent communication skills are required. This position is expected to grow into a financial management leadership role. Candidates must be highly motivated and have a desire to be successful.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, earnings, and cash based on past, present, and expected operations
  • Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities

Position Summary:

The Quality Manager is a strategic, internal and customer-facing role.  Recognized as the leader in developing and implementing quality management strategies and plans. Will provide extensive process improvements, audits and establish and implement any communication strategy for the improvement of any quality issues across departments. Will provide, train, and audit the use of governance processes. Own, and improve Integware’s internal and external project and R&D quality processes as defined in Managed PLM® improvement methodology (MPIM). Measure departments against or achieve certification within the standards of CMMI, CMMI-ACQ, ISO, and Six Sigma. Will lead external customer quality audits or escalations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned.

Areas of responsibility include:
1. Quality

  • Ensure all employees know quality processes for continuous improvement and effective planning.  Develop a quality training program for all employees with additional training for operations delivery employees.
  • Lead or audit major organizational quality improvements initiatives

  • Document quality processes
2. Governance and Project Management Processes
  • Develop, document, improve and train all operations employees on Integware's Managed PLM® Improvement Methodology (MPIM)

Position Summary:

Will help deliver powerful and exciting PLM software solutions to product engineering and manufacturing customers. Engineers will analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. They will consult with other engineers on staff to evaluate operational and performance requirements of overall system and will be engaged in software development, bug fixing and customer specification application development (i.e. the full software development lifecycle). Will have strong customer interfacing and maybe required to work after normal business hours with customers.

Position Summary:
Our Technical Writers work on a team to write end user documentation for complex software applications. We need writers who have a strong grasp of the software development processes and the ability to simultaneously learn, write, and test. Writers produce user manuals, online help, training materials, and CBTs.

Candidates must work full time in our Fort Collins office. Positions are 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with flexible work hours. These are experienced software documentation positions, typically requiring 2-5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Ability to remain focused while learning new material is essential. Flexibility is needed in covering whatever writing and testing needs arise.

  • Produce user manuals (per our template) using knowledge gained through software testing and interviews with developers.
  • Design story boards and create CBTs following developer/customer directives.
  • Produce training materials - manuals and slide sets - following developer/customer directives.

Position Requirements:

  • No less than 2 years of experience writing software documentation

This position is responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements, use cases and related information used to define business processes and software solutions using best practices and state-of-the-art approaches.  This position works under limited supervision and requires independent judgment.  Limited travel may be required.

Requirements Analysts work with subject matter experts, IT personnel, business representatives and end users to help deliver efficient and cost-effective software products.  Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and documentation skills necessary to elicit, understand, and extensively document business requirements.  Requirements Analysts operate as a member of a software development team and must have the ability to work effectively within a team setting.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate business systems for requirements and user needs
  • Create use cases and business requirements from process characterizations and discussions with subject matter experts and business representatives
